We are currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Arlington Health Center . This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about community health, collaborative care, and making a lasting impact.

- Job Summary

As a Physician at JPCHC, you will deliver comprehensive medical care to patients at our Anderson location and potentially other JPCHC sites. You'll work closely with clinical teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while contributing to practice management, quality improvement, and community engagement.

- Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

* Provide direct physician services to patients in a full-time, on-site capacity

* Offer medical direction and supervision to care team members

* Support staff education and development in clinical best practices

* Lead and participate in quality assurance, utilization review, and clinical pathway initiatives

* Engage in patient satisfaction efforts and managed care programs (including Medicare/Medicaid)

* Participate in equitable call coverage with other full-time physicians

* Refer patients within JPCHC's network, prioritizing patient preference and clinical judgment

* Collaborate with inpatient and outpatient facilities to ensure continuity of care

- Required Qualifications

* MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

* Active Indiana medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

* Commitment to serving underserved populations

* Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills

* Experience in FQHC or community health settings preferred
