Overview:

• Join a team-based collaborative care model with three primary care physicians, a pediatrician, behavioral health providers, a dentist, and two nurse practitioners
• 100% outpatient clinic with flexible schedule - 4-day work week optional
• NO weekends, NO evenings, off on major holidays, and generous PTO
• Attractive salary guarantee in addition to $120k in signing bonuses, quarterly incentives, renewal, and retention bonuses
• Paid malpractice with 100% tail insurance covered through the Federal Torts Claims Act (FTCA)
• $100,000 loan repayment from employer, plus eligible for the National Health Service Corps (NHSC)
