Innovation Boulevard Club is a new community-based after school program held fort Church. It is a 21st Century Community Learning Center program provided by Diversity and Innovation Institute. Innovation Boulevard Club will feature after school programming Monday through Friday. Goals of the program are to serve the community and provide working families with peace of mind, knowing their children are in a positive and caring setting.
iBlvd Club aims to improve academic and social outcomes and increase family involvement in students education.
A successful Site Coordinator should be meticulous about keeping records, able to communicate effectively and connect with constituents, and passionate about the mission of the organization and supporting the community. You should uphold the values of our organization while ensuring the comfort of our team. This position reports directly to the Program Manager and requires travel within Central Indiana.
- Ensure the site is in compliance with licensing requirements (ratios, postings, etc.)
- Prepare and manage afternoon snack procedures, including ordering, delivery, and clean-up
- Maintain organized sign-in sheets for each group
- Keep the school office neat and orderly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff and student files for licensing
- Execute and facilitate scheduled programming
- Coordinate site leaders and programming providers
- Track attendance and hours for 21st Century reporting
- Monitor staff hours and support other sites as needed to meet ratio requirements
- Monitor building visitors and enforce safe school protocols
- Consistently attend and arrive on time to work; ensure coverage when absent
- Follow all staff handbook protocols (e.g., dress code, appropriate language)
- Facilitate staff training and onboarding

The Innovation Boulevard Site Coordinator will be thoroughly committed to Diversity & Innovation Institute s mission. Key qualifications include:
- B.S. or B.A. degree required
- Must have experience working with children and parents
- Prior experience in program coordination/management, supervision, education, or youth development preferred
- Experience working with diverse community populations (children, youth, adults) preferred
- Experience in grant writing, fundraising, or donor engagement is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated marketing experience and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders preferred
- Action-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be willing and able to drive children in a company van as needed
- Must have a clean and safe driving record
- Must pass a background check and driving record (insurance) check
- Must submit a valid physical exam certificate to ensure ability to perform job responsibilities safely
