As a Civil Bridge & Structures Team Lead, you'll be responsible for managing your own team of talented engineers, overseeing projects, and ensuring quality delivery for our clients.

Your Role As a Bridge & Structures Team Lead

• Leadership & Mentorship:
  Guide and develop a team of engineers and interns, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
• Project Management Excellence:
  Oversee and manage structural projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Strategic Growth & Innovation:
  Expand our structural project portfolio, strengthen client relationships, and drive creative solutions in bridge engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's (or higher) in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural design.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana, and/or Ohio and Kentucky.
• At least 10 years of experience designing bridge and structural infrastructure projects.
• At least 5 years of leadership and project management experience, leading successful teams.
• Expertise in public sector design projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and quality.
