Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer!

Lawler Manufacturing Company, Inc., a leading manufacturer of thermostatic mixing valves in North America, is seeking a detailed and self-motivated Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in manufacturing processes, and proficiency in 3D modeling software.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to produce cost-effective, high-quality products
• Support customers and production teams by troubleshooting build issues and providing technical guidance
• Create, audit, and refine robust 3D models from 2D drawings with precise dimensioning
• Assist in the development and maintenance of our Project Data Management (PDM) system, Windchill
• Construct Building Information Modeling (BIM) models and high-quality photo renders

• Hands-on experience with 3D modeling software (Preferred: Creo, ProE; will consider Solid Works or Inventor)
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Windchill (Preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills – including mechanical troubleshooting
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning
• Experience in process improvement and quality-driven problem-solving

• Highly Preferred:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology
• Required:
  
  High School Diploma
• Preferred:
  Background in the plumbing industry or manufacturing

  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay:
  Commensurate with experience
