• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience
• FE exam pursuit or pass (plus)
• Experience with AutoCAD or PLS-CADD (plus)
• Interest and/or experience with tower structures (pole, lattice, guyed)
• Basic ability to interpret safety codes, utility standards, and regulations (NESC, ASCE, IEEE)
• Developing analytical and organizational skills with growing attention to detail
• Adaptable and eager to learn, with ability to collaborate with multi-discipline project teams
• Developing written and verbal communication skills with strong willingness to learn and engage effectively with team members
• Valid Driver's License

• Assist in designing high-voltage transmission lines (69 kV to 345 kV) using PLS-CADD
• Learn and apply design codes and specifications related to design requirements
• Assist with drawing development and CAD-based design tasks
• Engage in mentorship and structured learning opportunities with experienced engineers
• Ensure quality of own work through self-review and adherence to established standards
