American Structure point’s Civil Site Engineering Group is seeking an entry-level Staff Engineer in Indianapolis, IN
!
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in site design, including grading, utilities, parking lots, roadways, and stormwater management. You’ll collaborate with licensed engineers and contribute to the design and development of land development projects that impact local communities. This role works extensively with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Excel as you create and refine construction plans.

- Work closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers and Team Leaders on land development projects including industrial, residential, mixed-use, urban redevelopment and affordable housing projects.
- Learn drafting, plan production, design, field inspections, cost estimation and coordination.
- Opportunity to use AutoCAD and Hydro
CAD. - Perform calculations, assist with permit applications, technical specification preparation and develop exhibits, design drawings and presentation materials.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Student majoring in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, Land Survey or Structural Engineering or related programs with an emphasis on Civil Engineering
