The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will oversee the technical aspects of the fabrication process, analyze efficiency data, and develop new production methods in collaboration with the manufacturing manager.

• Maintain a physical presence in the workplace.
• Provide technical support to plant operations.
• Develop process documentation such as process routings, PFMEAs, flow diagrams, and error proofing plans.
• Create cost estimates for new programs based on early design concepts and engineering discussions.
• Design manufacturing systems focusing on quality and throughput improvements.
• Manage capital projects, including RFQ development, proposal analysis, procurement, and evaluation of machinery and equipment.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for new and major programs.
• Support design for assembly (DFA/DFM) activities for new products.

• 5+ years in Manufacturing Engineering; 7+ preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, lean manufacturing, and machine specifications.
• CAD proficiency (NX and/or AutoCAD preferred).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with CNC programming, CMM programming, and quality systems like QS and TS is a plus.
