Senior FP&A Analyst position in Indianapolis; responsible for strategic financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to support senior management and corporate strategy.

• Provide strategic analysis to senior management and participate in forecasting and budgeting processes
• Forecasting and budget-setting; perform financial analysis and modeling
• Create, analyze, and present monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
• Contribute to cash management, payroll, rent, investments and other fiscal operations as needed
• Support development of monthly forecasting analyses and variance reports
• Drive growth and profitability through strategic forecasting and business analysis across business units, including capital expenditures, variance analysis, process changes, and internal management reporting
• Participate in corporate strategy projects including divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, industry analysis, and economic trends impacting business performance

• Education:
  
  A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
• Work Experience:
  
  3-5 years minimum in an FP&A role
• Knowledge and skills: self-starter with ability to lead projects with minimal supervision
• Proven leadership experience and ability to thrive in team-based settings
• Desire to take on responsibility of leading a finance function
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Vigorous work ethic and high-performance standards
• Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau
