We are seeking a dynamic Senior Controller to lead our company's finance department. The Senior Controller is involved in all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, budget and forecast preparation and analysis, compliance with internal and external regulations, and financial reporting. This position will be located at our Indianapolis, IN headquarters.

• Lead Order to Cash processes of order and customer data administration, AP and AR management, credit, collections, cash application processes, and inventory controls.
• Maintain bank relationships; oversee deposit and reconciliation activities, ACH processes, and tools.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal agencies; legal, financial, reporting, and tax requirements.
• Maintain engagement with insurance providers:
  Workers Comp, Auto, General Liability, and Healthcare.
• Manage monthly financial close activities, coordinating and assessing internal activities to state the financial position.
• Prepare monthly forecast and variance analysis relative to budget.
• Maintain operational and KPI reporting as needed to improve results.
• Maintain pricing excellence through analysis, CPQ and pricing tools, trending and margin assessments.
• Maintain, monitor and modify the integrity of company ERP systems, including general ledger, SMS, CRM, and other integrated or stand‑alone systems.

• Advanced degree and/or at least 7 years of related experience with progressive responsibility.
• CPA certification or similar accounting qualification preferred.
• Strong leadership of a financial team.
• Advanced working knowledge of systems, including Net Suite and Salesforce.
