Join Crowe's leading Financial Services team in this newly created growth opportunity as a Tax Managing Director!

• Develop, build and maintain client relationships by understanding and identifying solutions that address client needs
• Facilitate the implementation of consulting and compliance projects including identifying, understanding, communicating and managing projects from inception to completion
• Provide technical expertise to expand the practice and develop the team
• Mentor, develop and support the growth of a team of professionals
• Serve as an engagement leader by leading and growing new and existing client engagements
• Participate in professional and networking organizations that enhance your career growth and the growth of the firm

• Bachelor's degree required; major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics preferred
• Ten (10) or more years of prior relevant tax experience, including experience within a consulting/professional services firm serving Fin Tech, Banking or Capital Markets clients
• Financial Services experience is a plus but not required
• Experience leading engagements and teams
• CPA certification required
