Premier Acceptance, a Tom Wood company, is looking to add a Collections Account Specialist to our team! Premier is a leading automotive financial lender. We work with a large number of franchise and independent dealers within Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. Our team provides top-notch customer care throughout the life of the loan.

• Meet collection goals to allow for a performing portfolio and the credit advancement of our customers
• Build relationships with customers to assure long term success of their accounts
• Work with other members of the team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Complete documentation and maintain compliance for assigned accounts

• Collections, customer retention experience required
• High School diploma required, some college is preferred
• Enthusiastic, can‑do attitude with a ability to thrive in a team environment
• Working knowledge of the consumer loan collections process
• Must be customer focused and comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Bilingual, English & Spanish a plus
