Qualifications
  • Active, approved STATE NMLS license.
  • Detail‑oriented with demonstrated, thoughtful decision‑making skills.
  • The discipline to maintain all mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education.
  • Solid working understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technical systems and programs, such as Encompass.
  • Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry.
  • Ability and passion to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners.
  • Bilingualism is a valuable asset.
