Finance Planning Consultant – Tata Consultancy Services
We are seeking an experienced Finance Planning Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) financial planning to lead and support financial planning and reporting initiatives. The consultant will work closely with Corporate Finance Reporting teams to design, develop, and implement SAC-based solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud for planning and reporting.
- Configure SAC models, stories, and dashboards aligned with business requirements.
- Integrate SAC with SAP ERP (S/4
HANA) and other data sources. - Collaborate with Corporate Finance teams to understand reporting needs.
- Design and deliver financial reports, KPIs, and analytics through SAC.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Act as a liaison between Finance and IT teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide user support.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience in SAP RTR (record‑to‑report) functional processes in S/4
HANA related to planning, budgeting and consolidation. - Knowledge of analytics and reporting best practices.
- Understanding of integrating planning solutions with BW and S/4
HANA. - Project and team management experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with team leadership capabilities.
- Adaptability to work in dynamic and cross‑functional environments.
$140,000 – $170,000 per year.
