This is a fully onsite role at Riley Hospital, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.

• Oversees and coordinates the daily clinical services of the hospital pharmacy and its staff.
• Provides comprehensive medication-related care for the purpose of achieving definite outcomes that improve a patient's quality of life.
• Acts in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals in the responsibility for patient drug therapy outcomes.
• Assists the pharmacy director with preparing and performing all activities involving the pharmacy and therapeutics committee.
• Assists the Director in complying with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations.
• Assists in new process implementation and quality improvement initiatives.
• Responsible for pharmacy performance in key domains such as team member experience, patient experience, quality, safety, and financial stewardship.

• Strong preference to candidates with clinical pharmacy, acute care, and/or inpatient experience.
• PGY1/PGY2 residency and/or board certification preferred.
• Requires current Indiana license or eligibility for Indiana licensure as a Pharmacist.
• Requires Pharm
  
  D or BS degree in Pharmacy.
• 5 - 7 years pharmacist experience is required.
• Requires knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to dispensing of drugs and narcotics.
• Management experience is preferred.
