Interventional Radiology Technologist

This position is full-time, night shift, Monday-Thursday, 9pm-7am, at Methodist Hospital, with no call requirement.

The responsibilities include assisting radiologists/interventionalists in procedures, acting as scrub tech when appropriate, adhering to safety and infection control protocols, following radiation safety standards, understanding complex procedures, preparing supplies, and effectively communicating with a multidisciplinary team.

• 0-3 years of relevant experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Ability to maneuver equipment and adjust positions as needed for patient safety.
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and supplies used during interventional exams.
• Active registration as a Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)) through the ARRT.
• May require advanced credentialing in interventional radiography.
• Current Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) license as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Experience as a radiologic technologist is preferred.
