The pharmacy professional must practice in an environment that promotes patient care by philosophy and policy. The ideal candidate is friendly and committed to providing remarkable customer service to enhance overall patient health.

• Retrieving medications from inventory
• Inputting customer and prescription information into the pharmacy system
• Creating prescription labels and adjudicating insurance claims
• Completing paperwork related to prescriptions and drug orders
• Ordering medications for the pharmacy
• Stocking medications
• Promoting pharmacy initiatives and clinical services
• Prioritizing workload effectively
• Using effective communication skills and being an agent of change
• Maintaining a clean and professional pharmacy environment
• Ensuring confidentiality of patient information

• High School diploma or GED
• Retail/community pharmacy experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Proficient typing skills
• Neat and legible handwriting
