* Car Seat Technicians on unit and within service line

* Exceeded goal for patient satisfaction, 2 years in a row

* No HARM events for over a year. Providing quality patient outcomes.

* 8 Certified NICU nurses

* 1 Distinguished nurse

* High functioning Unit Based Council

* Active Unit Morale committee

Qualifications

* Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN);
Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.

* Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.

* Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.

* Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.

* Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
