Overview
- To work with and report to the Director of Housekeeping
- To assist that the presentation, cleanliness and maintenance of the property is to the highest standards at all times.
- Supervise the general job performance of the Housekeeping Team and conduct training in line with departmental and individual needs.
- Working closely with all departments in the overseeing of the Housekeeping Department
- Be passionate about world class hospitality service in a 5
* environment. - The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within a Housekeeping department in a similar style property
- Have experience and strong knowledge of Opera
- Will have experience in Training of Teams
- Experience in a managerial role within a Housekeeping department in a similar style property
- Strong knowledge of Opera property management system
- Experience in training and developing teams
