Job Summary

The Catering Director is responsible for overseeing all catering and event operations. This role leads the catering team, builds strong client relationships, and ensures exceptional food quality and service for all events.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, coordinate, and oversee internal and external catering events

* Develop and execute a catering marketing strategy, including event planning services and menu development

* Hire, train, schedule, and develop catering staff with a focus on service standards, presentation, and operational procedures

* Manage all aspects of event execution, including labor planning, food cost control, preparation, transportation, setup, service, and cleanup

* Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field required

* Minimum of 5 years of hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in a management role, preferably in catering

* Proven experience with menu selection and costing, contract pricing, and sourcing temporary staff and equipment

* Strong ability to supervise food preparation, service, and post event cleanup
