Job Details: Workday US Payroll Lead

• As a Workday Payroll Consultant, you'll work in a team to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base, typically leading a project workstream.
• You will be expected to work independently at a lead level.
• You will build relationships with customers, shaping and delivering solutions that are aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose, and commercially viable.
• You'll provide expert guidance, understanding customer business requirements and offering best practice solutions.

Must Have Requirements:

• Recent Workday US Payroll implementation experience
• Knowledge of payroll regulatory requirements (Tax, Garnishments, Common Pay Master)
• Experience with retirement benefits (401K, etc.), payroll processing, Unions/CBAs, or payroll accounting
• Launch Express / Launch experience
• Prior consulting experience with enterprise clients
• Strong customer communication and leadership skills
