Overview
Business Systems Architect - Service Now ) at Life Net Health. The role involves designing and implementing optimized system solutions for designated Corporate Systems and serving as a partner to business units, translating operational needs into scalable, integrated system architectures.
What You’ll Do- Solutions Management & System Optimization:
Design solutions and configure/develop applications to support day-to-day operations and business needs. Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements. - Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Analysis:
Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Build strong cross-department relationships and communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences. - Customer Service/Incident Response:
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues within the business community and address urgent issues in a timely manner. - Change Management:
Develop validation strategy, testing plans, and design documentation; assist business users with change requests, including test scripts, training plans, and user documentation. - Project Management:
Define and manage project scope, goals, priorities, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with Senior Management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five (5) years of work experience in designated software and/or module
- Three (3) years of related IT experience with analysis, validation, and documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related business discipline
- Software Systems Certification: certification for relevant software
- One (1) year of experience in FDA regulated industry
- One (1) year of project management experience
- Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships at all levels - Attention to Detail:
Thoroughness and accuracy in deliverables and timely delivery - Proficiency in Microsoft Office:
PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook - Time Management:
Ability to prioritize multiple priorities and manage time effectively across time-sensitive projects

Shift: 8:15 a.m.
- 5:00 p.m. ET;
Overtime as needed; 10% travel.
Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr. Actual pay will be based on skills, experience, and geographic location.
