We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Architect to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This role is ideal for a senior-level architect with hands-on experience in Azure and AWS, strong expertise in containerization, and a proven track record of leading complex cloud initiatives, including cloud migration projects. The Cloud Architect will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing secure, scalable cloud solutions for large-scale enterprise environments.
Design, implement, and manage cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for large-scale enterprise projects.
Architect and deploy scalable, secure cloud infrastructures using best practices.
Set up cloud environments securely in compliance with FedRAMP or Gov RAMP standards, ensuring regulatory adherence.
Lead cloud migration projects, including internal HEARTS, EPP, and Gateway Cloud Migration, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
Collaborate with software development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines using Dev Ops practices.
Utilize containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes) to streamline deployment and management.
Lead the design and implementation of highly available, resilient cloud solutions to ensure top-tier performance and reliability.
10+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Proven expertise in designing secure cloud environments that meet FedRAMP or Gov RAMP compliance standards.
Strong background in Dev Ops practices and integrating CI/CD pipelines.
Demonstrated ability to lead cloud migration projects in large-scale, enterprise environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Microsoft Azure Architect Expert
Experience with additional cloud platforms or hybrid cloud strategies.
Familiarity with cost optimization techniques and cloud governance frameworks.
Prior experience working with public sector or government projects.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
