Base pay range

$62.00/hr - $64.00/hr

The Associate, Performance Operations plays a critical role in executing the operational and analytical foundation. This position supports the implementation of data strategy, performance tracking, and insight generation to optimize consumer experience and business outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and execution skills.

• Execute and Maintain Data Strategy Operations
• Support the implementation of data strategy by ensuring data availability, quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate with BI&A, Tech, and external partners to maintain and enhance existing data sources, depending on business needs.
• Assist in documentation of data strategy across teams.
• Monitor and Report Performance Metrics
• Provide requirements for dashboards based on KPIs aligned with strategic goals.
• Track and report performance metrics to inform key business stakeholders.
• Develop measurement plans for key business initiatives in collaboration with brand teams or other teams within.
• Ensure timely updates and accuracy of reporting tools to support decision-making.
• Deliver Actionable Insights and Operational Support
• Conduct analyses using SQL and Excel to measure performance and identify trends or opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Support issue resolution through data-driven problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Work cross functionally with BI&A and Tech to address urgent operational challenges when needed.
• Support targeting efforts for marketing communications sent to HCPs

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer or data science, or related discipline
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• 1-3 years of work experience

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
