Job Summary:

Kainos provides digital technology solutions that enable companies to work smarter, faster, better. As a Workday Financial Accounting Lead, you will implement and configure Workday solutions, lead the Financial Accounting and Tax workstream, and build relationships with customers to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base

• Leading the Financial Accounting and Tax workstream

• Build relationships with our customers

• Shaping and delivering solutions that are aligned to customer needs

• Provide excellent guidance to customers

• Support more junior members of the team

• Share your knowledge with them

Qualifications:

Required:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Accounting Lead for Workday implementations

• Deep knowledge of the Workday Financial Accounting module; experience with additional modules a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields, and security setup

• Strong commercial awareness and full understanding of project and business dynamics

• Exceptional understanding of and experience in Workday delivery methodologies

• Able to rotate through various Workday delivery services, specifically Consulting and Application Management Services

• For Application Management Services, able to deliver work to meet defined Service Level Agreements

• Excellent customer management experience working with stakeholders at all levels in customer organizations with the ability to formally present to client audiences

• Able, if required, to travel to customer sites in the same region (minimal out of region travel may also be required)

• Ability to work with different functional & technical consultants to understand cross functional dimensions of Workday configuration

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred:

• Workday Financials and FDM Certification
