Workday HCM Lead Consultant

We're seeking a Workday HCM Lead Consultant to provide post-production and AMS case support across multiple customers. This role is ideal for an experienced, certified Workday professional who enjoys solving complex functional challenges and supporting a diverse client base in an ongoing managed services environment.

• Provide expert-level support across Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits modules.
• Manage and resolve AMS/post-production tickets, ensuring timely and high-quality issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal and client-side teams to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Troubleshoot system issues, recommend best practices, and document configuration updates.
• Support ongoing improvements and provide knowledge transfer to clients as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across multiple accounts.

• Workday Certified in HCM (required);
  Advanced Compensation and/or Benefits certifications highly preferred.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Workday functional experience, including configuration and production support.
• Proven experience supporting multiple customers in a post‑production or AMS environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple clients.
