-Technical Recruiter - Recruitment Specialist - Head Hunter

• Perform hardware break-fix repairs on laptops, desktops, and peripherals (HP, Lenovo, and other OEM devices).
• Replace defective components (motherboards, hard drives, RAM, keyboards, batteries, displays, etc.).
• Conduct initial diagnosis to confirm faulty parts before replacement.
• Document all repairs, part replacements, and service activities in the ticketing system.
• Maintain compliance with OEM standards and warranty procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for part orders, returns, and inventory tracking.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with end-users during onsite visits. Ensure proper ESD and safety compliance while handling devices.

• Hands-on experience in hardware repairs (HP, Lenovo certification is a plus).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying faulty components quickly.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Service Now, Remedy, Jira, etc.).
• Ability to handle multiple OEM devices (HP, Lenovo, Dell, etc.).
• Basic understanding of Windows OS for verification after repair.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must hold valid OEM service certifications (HP/Lenovo/Dell) — or willingness to obtain.
• We require someone who can work on tickets that will be 1 hour long only.
