We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to bring analytics, reporting, and ownership to our advertising investment, transforming ad spend into actionable insights and better outcomes for the firm and the clients we serve.

As a Paid Media Specialist at CKF, you will own planning, placing, optimizing, and reporting on paid campaigns across Facebook, X, Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube. You will provide clarity and accountability to our marketing spend by producing weekly reports, running A/B tests, and ensuring content calendars are executed with precision.

Campaign Management & Optimization

• Place, manage, and optimize paid ads across Facebook, X, Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube.
• Run ongoing A/B testing to improve targeting, creative, timing, and spend allocation.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and recommend real-time adjustments.

Reporting & Analytics

• Produce weekly reports that clearly show what’s working, what isn’t, and where spend should be adjusted.
• Track KPIs such as cost per lead, cost per case, and overall ROI.
• Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Own the social media posting calendar, ensuring content is scheduled, published, and tracked.
• Coordinate with internal teams (content writer, video staff, graphic designer) to align campaigns with firm messaging.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to integrate strategies.

Strategic Value & Growth

• Identify wasted ad spend and propose strategies for efficiency.
• Serve as the single point of ownership for paid media, bringing discipline and accountability in‑house.
• Support leadership with insights that help the firm grow smarter, not just bigger.

• Paid Media Expertise: 3+ years managing multi‑channel paid campaigns (Facebook, X, Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube). Strong track record of delivering measurable ROI.
