- 2+ yrs of Implementation and support experience
- Reporting, Slicer Dicer, Dashboard knowledge
- Understanding of Security assessment and needs for end users
- Service Now Knowledge and Experience
- Strong Customer Service Skills and Customer Focused
- Ability to work Independently and MUST be a Self-Starter
Certifications REQUIRED
- Epic Care Ambulatory
- Analysis of Clinical Tools and Reporting Badge
- Healthy Planet & Registries
- Regulatory Reporting (MIPS) Badges
