Salesforce; Functional or Technical Sales Principal Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Principal Consultant with experience in either functional or technical roles.

• At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise or solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.
• At least 3 years in a Sales Support / Client Engagement role, including experience with RFP, SOW, and sales presentations.
• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with skills in Apex, Visualforce, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs, and web services.
• Experience with CRM solutions, including a minimum of 3 years on Salesforce  platform, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud implementations.
• Understanding of the Development Life Cycle, including Salesforce Deployment/Packaging using Metadata API, Change Set, and Ant.
• Knowledge of best practices in Coding Standards, Deployment, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Integration, and Security.
• Experience with  Integration Technologies (Web Services, 3rd Party tools like Cast Iron/Boomi) to integrate with systems like Siebel, OMS, and Java-based systems.
• Complete understanding of governor limits.
• Experience in implementing SOAP and REST web services, including Web Services class development and WSDL generation.
• Proficiency in writing Apex Classes, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Controllers, and using JQuery for complex business requirements.
• Fluency in SOSL, SOQL, Workflows, and hands-on experience with tools like Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts, AJAX toolkit.
• Experience migrating customizations from Sandbox to Production, including configurations, packages, and objects.
• Customization of Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, and Approval Processes.
• Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration activities such as workflow rules, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, approval processes, and process builder.
• Ability to understand user requirements and translate them into Salesforce technical specifications and configurations.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and flexibility to adapt to change.

• Experience with API integration, including Single Sign-On and Java (a plus).

• At least 5 years experience translating functional requirements into technical solutions, developing strategies, and demonstrating solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce products like Wave Analytics and Lightning.
• Ability to work in diverse, multi-stakeholder environments and in a global delivery setting.
• Knowledge of market and technology trends, and analytical skills.
• Experience in management consulting and willingness to travel.

• Preferred Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Platform Dev1/2 or DEV 501 certifications.
• Experience with API WSDLs, Single Sign-On, Java, and Salesforce latest products.
• Minimum of 11 years in Information Technologies.
