We’re looking for a Channel Account Manager who is an aggressive builder and closer—someone who can turn relationships into revenue and partnerships into growth engines. You’ll own the go‑to‑market relationships with selected technology partners, systems integrators, and IT service providers, driving co‑sell opportunities that accelerate adoption of AI across industries.

Key Responsibilities Own the Number
  • Carry a revenue target for partner‑sourced and co‑sell opportunities and take personal ownership of hitting it.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: discovery, joint scoping, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Lead customer conversations that connect AI innovation to tangible business outcomes and faster revenue, smarter operations, lower costs.
  • Build multi‑threaded relationships across partner and customer organizations, from account managers to C‑suites.
  • Maintain a precise pipeline forecast and ensure total visibility in Hub Spot.
Build the Partner Growth Engine
  • Deepen relationships with partner sellers across Stellar’s technology partners and partner IT systems integrators.
  • Make it impossible for them to overlook Stellar—stay in the rhythm with frequent touchpoints, joint calls, and wins.
  • Target at least one new qualified end‑customer meeting per partner seller per month, driving meaningful progress toward booked revenue.
  • Be the connector, the quarterback, and the closer—aligning Stellar’s technical and delivery teams to make every partner meeting count.
Create Market Momentum
  • Turn ideas into action: coordinate demos, lead and facilitate workshops, and campaigns that spark joint opportunities.
  • Position Stellar as the go‑to AI partner for automation, intelligent agents, and workflow transformation.
  • Translate partner and customer insights into actionable playbooks that evolve our channel strategy every quarter.
Performance Metrics
  • Revenue:
    Meet or exceed assigned quota for partner‑sourced/co‑sell deals.
  • Pipeline: 3–5 new qualified opportunities per month, consistently progressing to close.
  • Engagement:
    Active monthly collaboration with all assigned partner sellers.
  • Customer Meetings:
    Drive customer meetings through the channel while deepening channel confidence in Stellar and building channel relationships.
  • Forecast Discipline:
    Drive high‑performance CRM tracking and pipeline forecasting and visibility.
Qualifications
  • 4–8 years of experience in sales, channel development, or business development within tech, cloud, or IT services.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets—you know how to close and deliver.
  • Experience working with large technology ecosystems or global systems integrators.
  • Exceptional communicator—confident with executives, persuasive in meetings, relentless in follow‑up.
  • Organized, accountable, and competitive by nature; you thrive on forward motion.
  • Hub Spot or equivalent CRM proficiency; data‑driven in how you plan, track, and win.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high bias for action; comfortable with ambiguity and speed.
