Position Overview

The Site Data Leader will have primary responsibility for data management activities within the Lilly Kenosha County site. The Site Data Leader is an advocate for data management across the manufacturing site and chairs the site data lead team.
Key Objectives/Deliverables- Facilitate the Site Data Lead Team
- Partner with global and site leadership to ensure data integrity initiatives receive appropriate priority and cross‑functional resources
- Partner with functional site data subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure that data management actions are completed in accordance with the established plan
- Ensure completion and maintenance of Data Flow Maps and define mitigation strategies
- Implement defined data standards and usage guidelines to manage data throughout its lifecycle
- Implement data strategy actions to enable appropriate use of data for robust decision making and continuous improvement
The Site Data Leader ensures a robust Data Integrity Program exists and is maintained. The role interfaces with the M&Q Data Management organization, serves as a global data management subject‑matter expert, and drives improvements across the site. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, managing training programs, reporting to the Site Quality Leader, and supporting the transition to a site‑based data management and analytics role for routine production.
BasicRequirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; engineering or computer science‑related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years working in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry in QA roles
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Computer System Quality Assurance/Validation
- Minimum 3 years of experience with data analytics, including advanced analytics
- Demonstrated successful leadership of cross‑functional teams and project management experience
- Proven ability to apply analytics and advanced analytics for competitive advantage within a manufacturing operation
- Strong oral and written communication, self‑management, interpersonal interaction, technical writing, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Previous facility or area startup experience, qualification and validation experience, Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean training, CQA certification preferred
- Position requires onsite presence with flex time available
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Ability to travel up to 10%

Compensation & BenefitsThe anticipated wage for this position is $111,000 - $178,200. Full‑time employees may be eligible for a company bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), pension, healthcare, and wellness programs.
