We are seeking an experienced Lead Power BI Developer to design, develop, and manage advanced Power BI solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, reporting, visualization, and analytics, along with the ability to lead a team and interact with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop and maintain complex data models and DAX calculations to support business needs.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all Power BI reports.

Optimize Power BI reports and datasets for performance and scalability.

Mentor and guide junior Power BI developers, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.

Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other IT teams to integrate data from multiple sources.

Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends to improve analytics capabilities.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Strong expertise in Power BI
, including DAX
, Power Query (M), and data modeling.

Experience with
SQL Server
, SSRS
, SSAS
, or other relational and multidimensional databases.

Knowledge of ETL processes
, data warehousing, and BI architecture.

Ability to design interactive dashboards and visualizations that support business decision-making.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present insights effectively.

Experience in leading BI projects or managing a team is highly preferred.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure
, Power BI Service
, or Power BI Embedded
.

Familiarity with other BI tools like Tableau, Qlik View, or SAP Analytics Cloud.

Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
