Anywhere in Country. EY seeks a forward-thinking SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team. You will collaborate with external clients and internal teams to help clients achieve improved outcomes and lasting results by leveraging SAP technology. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions and focuses on SAP Quality Management (QM) within projects.

• Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
• Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Strategically design and prototype SAP QM (Quality Management) solutions, leading discussions on functionality to support informed decision-making.
• Demonstrate the system’s standard capabilities to stakeholders, identify gaps or client-specific needs, and gain stakeholder acceptance.
• Interpret and translate local business needs into corresponding system configurations ensuring SAP setups align with customer objectives.
• Develop functional specifications and facilitate communication with developers to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Perform data conversion field and value mappings as needed.
• Demonstrate new features post-configuration and development to stakeholders.
• Provide support during testing, resolve issues, and participate in end-user training or train-the-trainer activities.
• Provide post-go-live support to address issues and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate across teams on integration points to ensure alignment of system components.

• A bachelor’s degree.
• Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience with SAP ERP systems, with a focus on Quality Management modules.
• Strong technical skills in application functional design and in defining technology-based business requirements, analysis, and mapping.
• Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively.
• Travel willingness; travel is estimated at 40–60%.

• Prior consulting experience or deep functional SAP experience.
• SAP certification(s).
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of the core module.
