The AI Finance Manager collaborates with finance applications data leads and cross-functional teams to execute the data management strategy for finance applications, leveraging enterprise data management, data governance, data quality, master data management, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to support finance personas. A key objective is to develop and implement EY AI Finance service offerings and create an industry-agnostic data model to ensure data consistency and interoperability across finance applications.

• Lead the delivery of complex technical initiatives, ensuring accountability for performance and results.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Drive continuous process improvement by identifying innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Work with finance, IT, and data science teams to manage and utilize finance application data, leveraging Machine Learning, Gen AI, and Azure data technologies to drive innovation and business value.
• Engage with clients daily, participate in planning and execution, and identify opportunities for additional services.

• Bachelor’s degree with approximately five years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with approximately four years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data management, with at least 1 year focused on finance application data and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data management.
• Experience with Machine Learning techniques, Gen AI technologies, and Azure data services (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, MS SQL, Python).
• Knowledge of finance applications including financial modeling (PnL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Proficiency in data integration, transformation, and data modeling tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support emerging technologies.

• Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field with relevant experience in finance data management including data modeling and ML.
• Interest in staying current with advances in ML, Gen AI, data management and Azure technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insights for finance applications.
