DevOps Engineer

Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise-scale hosting architecture. Opportunities are available for all experience levels, from entry-level to mid-senior, with interests spanning technical infrastructure engineering and Infrastructure as Code solutions, to supporting healthcare systems.

Backgrounds considered include:

• IT/Systems/Computer Engineering
• Cybersecurity/Networking
• Computer Science

Experience levels:

• Entry-level:
  Background in Computer Science, IT/Systems, or internships in Infrastructure Engineering.
• Mid-senior: 3+ years of relevant experience.

Infrastructure areas include Security, Network, Network Security, Network Services, Dev Ops, Cloud, SAN & Backup, Virtualization, Windows.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or related field
• Relocation to Madison, WI (reimbursed)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• COVID-19 vaccination

As part of the Hosting team, responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting, following policies, escalating incidents, and ensuring security compliance.
