The OpportunityYou’ll lead Service Now transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. This client‑visible role offers you the chance to motivate and develop your team, establish new client relationships, and build a rewarding consulting career.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
- Design, develop, and test user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, enhancing user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
- Provide guidance on Service Now IT/OT Asset Management process implementations, including best‑practice recommendations.
- Lead client process and design sessions, facilitate workshops, and manage a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources.
- Coordinate configuration, development, testing, and deployment phases of Service Now projects.
- Travel to client sites as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
- 2–4 years of Service Now IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Minimum of 2 Service Now certifications (e.g., Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Data Foundations).
- Excellent soft skills (communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork).
- Experience leading and supervising team members.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Ability to travel to meet client needs.
- Additional Service Now certifications:
Discovery, Vulnerability Response, Performance Analytics. - Experience with Service Now AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
- Base salary range: $102,500 – $187,900 per year.
