Overview

Role: SAP - Finance Product Costing - Manager - Consulting - Location OPEN ation:
Anywhere in Country.

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions
• Oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives
• Maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily
• Travel may be required based on client needs
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience working with SAP Controlling with focus on Product Costing, including exposure to costing of different production strategies (Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order)
• In-depth knowledge of Overhead Cost Accounting, Integrated Financial Planning, Margin Analysis, Universal Allocations; proficiency in integration points with other modules (Material Management, Production Planning, Financial Accounting)
• Exposure to other FICO modules is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members; hybrid onshore/offshore delivery experience desirable
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting processes and ability to deliver complex reporting requirements
• Knowledge of Product Costing leading practices and related configurations (Costing Variants, Results Analysis, Material Ledger, Parallel Ledgers/Valuation)
• Familiarity with security roles related to Management Accounting processes
