• Lead hybrid responsibilities across architecture, business analysis, and team management.
• Design and implement scalable data solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Drive end-to-end solutioning and delivery for transition, BAU, and Microsoft Fabric migration phases.
• Act as the main liaison between client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
• Create secure and well-governed data environments using Microsoft Fabric. (Mandatory)
• Define and enforce best practices for administration, governance, and Dev Ops (CI/CD). (Mandatory)
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical stories/tasks.
• Identify and resolve risks proactively; maintain open, clear communication across all teams.
• Foster collaboration and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.

• Certification:
  Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Solutions Architect Expert (plus)
• 10-12+ years in data architecture, analytics, and cloud transformation roles (mandatory)
• Strong command of SQL, ETL, SSIS, and SQL Server
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake (ADLS) (Mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and its ecosystem (Pipelines, Notebooks, etc.)
• Strong understanding of BI solution architecture with Power BI (mandatory)
• Effective communicator with proven team leadership and client engagement skills

• Familiarity with Power Platform
• Exposure to Tableau, Python, and AI-based solutions
• Certification in Azure Data Engineering or Microsoft Fabric (mandatory)
• Project/team management capabilities

• Work onsite with a major enterprise client on cutting-edge cloud and data transformation initiatives
• Engage in end-to-end solutioning across business and technical domains
• Collaborate with global teams and act as the single point of accountability
• Drive innovation using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Power BI, and other modern data platforms

• A long-term contract with stability
• Onsite engagement and leadership responsibilities
• Strategic impact on enterprise cloud migration and data architecture
