The opportunity is with EY's Analytics and Data team, helping clients define and drive data management strategy and technology implementation. Responsibilities include designing and applying comprehensive methods, practices, policies, tools, and processes to govern and control the entire lifecycle of data assets.

• Lead complex processes and projects, ensuring quality and risk management while navigating organizational dynamics.
• Develop solutions to complex problems, including functional and technical design of master data management software for key data domains.
• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, ensuring effective engagement economics.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results.

• A minimum of 12 years of direct involvement with MDM tools including SAP MDG and/or Informatica MDM.
• Experience leading delivery teams in the areas of data governance, data management, and related system implementations.
• Knowledge of future trends/changes in the industry and the ability to articulate these to customers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues and drive business outcomes.

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $144,000 to $329,100.
