Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
  • Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
  • Lead workstream activities across design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.
  • Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore consultants.
  • Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for Service Now ITOM/CMDB processes.
  • Analyze people, process, and technology capabilities, giving recommendations for process and technology transformation.
  • Facilitate client workshops, design sessions, and requirements sessions with functional and business process experts.
  • Support waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk & issue logs.
  • Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
Skills & Attributes for Success
  • Lead Service Now ITOM/CMDB projects, covering design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore consultants.
  • Provide expertise for Service Now ITOM/CMDB process implementations.
  • Analyze company capabilities to recommend best practices and support strategic roadmaps.
  • Advise on CMDB and IT Operations Management connectivity to ITSM processes.
  • Facilitate client process and design sessions and requirements workshops.
  • Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, supporting management activities.
  • Produce high quality deliverables and project artifacts.
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 2‑4 years of relevant Service Now ITOM/CMDB project experience.
  • Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Minimum 2 of the following certifications:
    • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations
    • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
    • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Event Management
    • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping
  • 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
  • Excellent soft skills: communication (written & verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.
  • Experience leading teams and supervising others.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel to meet client needs.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, HAM, or SAM.
  • Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
