Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
- Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
- Lead workstream activities across design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.
- Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore consultants.
- Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for Service Now ITOM/CMDB processes.
- Analyze people, process, and technology capabilities, giving recommendations for process and technology transformation.
- Facilitate client workshops, design sessions, and requirements sessions with functional and business process experts.
- Support waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk & issue logs.
- Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
- Lead Service Now ITOM/CMDB projects, covering design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore consultants.
- Provide expertise for Service Now ITOM/CMDB process implementations.
- Analyze company capabilities to recommend best practices and support strategic roadmaps.
- Advise on CMDB and IT Operations Management connectivity to ITSM processes.
- Facilitate client process and design sessions and requirements workshops.
- Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, supporting management activities.
- Produce high quality deliverables and project artifacts.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2‑4 years of relevant Service Now ITOM/CMDB project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Minimum 2 of the following certifications:
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Event Management
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping
- 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Excellent soft skills: communication (written & verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.
- Experience leading teams and supervising others.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Ability to travel to meet client needs.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, HAM, or SAM.
- Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.
- Experience in Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
