Program Manager; Primary Security Clearance

Position: Program Manager (Primary) with Security Clearance
Serves as the Government's primary point of contact and is responsible for overall contract execution, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for ESLI operations and deliverables.

* Manage schedule, scope, and performance across all technical areas.

* Conduct quarterly Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) briefings and progress reviews.

* Coordinate transition plans, quality control, and risk management.

* Ensure full compliance with DFAS, DoD, and cybersecurity standards. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).

* PMP and ITIL certifications required.

* 10+ years of DoD IT program management experience.
