Litigation Associate – Indianapolis, IN

Amundsen Davis seeks a Litigation Associate attorney to join the Firm's Indianapolis office. Candidate must be licensed in Indiana and have a minimum of four years of experience in civil litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in commercial litigation and general liability matters, handling all phases of litigation.
• Perform research, drafting, pleadings, discovery, trial preparation, and trial advocacy.

Qualifications:

• Strong research and writing skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication.
• Ability to work well with little direction.
• Licensed in Indiana.
• Minimum four years civil litigation experience.
