Overview
Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity for associates in the Commercial Finance and Banking Practice Group in Indianapolis, IN;
Chicago, IL;
Louisville, KY;
Detroit, MI;
Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Columbus, OH; and Pittsburgh, PA. The position requires a minimum of three years of experience in commercial real estate loan transactions. Experience with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/FHA multifamily lending and affordable housing, including transactions financed with low income housing tax credits and tax exempt bonds, is beneficial and preferred.
A license to practice in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, or Pennsylvania is required. Out-of-state candidates eligible for admission in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, or Pennsylvania will be considered. All candidates should have a strong academic background and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Qualified candidates can expect a practice with significant client contact and handling all aspects of complex transactions for regional and national clients of all sizes.

- Collaborate with partners and associates across multiple offices to ensure deal success and client satisfaction.
