Civil Litigation Attorney job at Rolfes Henry Co., LPA. Indianapolis, IN. The Indianapolis, Indiana office of a national insurance and general practice law firm is seeking an Associate attorney. The firm seeks candidates with at least three years of experience in property and casualty claims as well as litigation. Duties include motion practice, taking and defending depositions and Examinations Under Oath, court appearances, and coverage analysis.

Applicants must already be licensed to practice in Indiana, be self‑starters who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and have excellent written and oral communication skills. This is not an entry‑level position, and preference will be given to candidates with experience in the core practice areas of the Firm.
