Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Exercise significant discretion, apply legal research skills, formulate arguments, and identify appropriate case law for business immigration matters.
- Manage large caseloads and independently handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment, reviewing, drafting, and monitoring petitions.
- Maintain professional, responsive communication with clients, meeting deadlines and handling extensive client contact.
- Commit to professionalism, customer service, and teamwork philosophy with clients and internal teams.
- Require strong academic performance and excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Juris Doctor, licensed to practice law in Indiana and in good standing.
- At least 3‑5 years of experience preparing business immigration applications and related matters.
- Congenial personality, excellent client interaction skills, and demonstrated passion for immigration work.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, work independently, be well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and prioritize workload.
- Skillful identification and management of issues, fast learning in a dynamic environment, and effective interaction with diverse professionals.
