Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Supply Chain Leader based in Indianapolis, IN. The Supply Chain Leader Indianapolis is responsible for providing both strategic and tactical leadership for end-to-end supply chain operations at the Indianapolis manufacturing plant. This role ensures the alignment of demand, supply, material movement, logistics, and master data through strong leadership of key functional areas:
Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, and Logistics.

Hiring Salary Range
:
Base Salary $170,000 - $200,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

• Lead the end-to-end supply chain operations at the Indianapolis plant, ensuring effective execution of material movement, logistics coordination, schedule release and fulfillment to meet daily production and customer delivery requirements
• Oversee, lead and develop the Supply Chain leadership team, including the Sr. Manager, Logistics;
  Supply Planning Manager;
  Production Scheduling Manager; and Demand Planning Manager—ensuring alignment, performance, and accountability across their respective teams, including Master Data Analysts
• Execute and improve the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, integrating inputs from Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing to create actionable and aligned demand and supply plans
• Ensure daily alignment of materials, capacity, and logistics resources to support manufacturing flow and customer demand while managing constraints, backlogs, and exceptions in real-time
• Support and enforce master data accuracy for materials, planning parameters, and logistics data to enable effective planning and system execution across SAP and related platforms

• More than 5 years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or a related field

• SAP ERP System Expertise, SAP IBP experience
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent)
• APICS or IBF certification
