Annual Flower & Horticultural Manager

Overview

Jay-Crew Landscape is looking for a Flower Maintenance Operations Manager to lead our teams and deliver exceptional service to our clients. This role ensures customer satisfaction, oversees crews and foremen, and manages the installation and ongoing maintenance of flower displays with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Lead, schedule, and motivate foremen and crews to meet contract deliverables.
• Monitor and maintain flower beds and displays to ensure they remain in peak condition.
• Manage costs and budgets while ensuring efficient use of equipment and materials.
• Conduct regular worksite inspections to ensure quality and aesthetics meet company standards.
• Provide coaching, support, and technical expertise to crews and clients.
• Oversee plant purchasing, inventory control, and proper storage.
• Promote a safe work environment, including safety training in coordination with the Safety Manager.
• Assist with snow removal crew management during winter months (management role, not labor-intensive).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to motivate and create an efficient, deadline-driven workforce.
• Knowledge of plant care, flower displays, and landscaping best practices.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to monitor aesthetics and quality.
• Willingness to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN (46231).
