About the Role
Immediate opportunity for a Preconstruction Group Leader. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of combined experience in Estimating, Business Development, and Project Management. Experience on large, ground‑up Commercial, Industrial/Warehouse, or Mixed‑use projects is strongly preferred.

- Starting salary up to $175,000 depending on experience.
