Technical Controls Manager/Director - Indianapolis, IN

The company is hiring a Technical Controls Manager/Director who would manage a controls team of 7-10 people and would need to be hands-on.

The company has 200+ employees and offers a wide range of services from Mechanical, Plumbing, Building Automation, and more. The company is able to execute fully turn-key solutions for their customers.

• Someone who is a leader
• Experience with Honeywell, Distech, Trane, or Andover is a big plus.
• PLUS – Tridium N4/AX experience.

• Strategy – this person will be a key member in participating in the strategic operations of the controls department and market share.
• Hiring – this person will be responsible for managing the current team and growing the department.
• Hands-On – in the beginning, this person will participate in project execution and most likely “project close-out.”
• Managing – participating in scheduling, project management, and managing.
• Commissioning/Close-Out
• Integration, Programming, and Graphics Work
• Communication Protocol Integrations BACnet and LON
• Troubleshooting
